Under the provisions of the Income Tax Ordinance, the VAT Law and the Customs Ordinance, a person must report on taking a position that differs from the positions published by the Tax Authority within 60 days of the end of the tax year. That is, such positions taken in the 2022 tax year, must be reported by March 1, 2023.
