Update Following the Publication of a Draft by the Privacy Protection Authority on the Interpretation of Regulation 3

On 3.1.22, the Privacy Protection Authority published on the interpretation of Regulation 3 of the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Transfer to Databases Outside Israel), 2001, which significantly ease information transfer outside Israel.
