Adv. Zvi Gilboa has extensive experience in regulation and administrative law and has expertise in the field of technology, cyber law & communications (Telecom).
Zvi provides legal advice to clients on regulatory issues, enforcement plans and procedures, cyber and technology, communications law, corporate law, privacy protection, data protection and databases, encryption and more.
In addition, he advises on projects in the field of infrastructure, such as BOT projects and similar projects, and coordinates the tenders’ law for both public and private entities.
Zvika has experience working with various government and regulatory factors, including Knesset committees, PMO, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Communications and the National Cyber Directorate, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance etc.
In the past, Zvi handled tenders and engagements in the field of technology and communications, in the field of health, finance and welfare for the IDF (Israel Defense Forces).
During his service as an attorney with the Military Advocate General of the IDF, Zvi provided legal services to senior military officers and held several legal positions, among them, legal advisor in “Hever”, legal advisor in Medical Corps Unit, legal advisor in Personnel Directorate and C4I & Cyber Defense Directorate.
