Yoav has extensive experience in various domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, representing both Israeli and international clients. Over the years, Yoav played a dominant role in complex, high-profile multi-billion-dollar transactions. Yoav also led mid-size M&A transactions, including asset purchase transactions, investment transactions and joint ventures, representing both Investors and target companies. In addition, Yoav advises Israeli Start-Ups (both in early and advanced stages) in their day-to-day operations, including investment rounds and exit transactions.
Yoav regularly counsels and advises Israeli corporations on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including, corporate governance, D&O fiduciary duties, ESOPs and executive compensation, corporate reorganization, capital raisings, dividends and capital reduction, etc. He is highly experienced in representing public companies, whose securities are publicly traded, with respect to regulatory matters, public filings, etc.
