Adv. Yael Zhout specializes in the commercial law field, advising on a wide variety of commercial transactions, including M&A transactions and founding agreements. In addition, she possesses significant experience in advising on the relationship between shareholders as well as tender proceedings, advising both issuers and offerors.
Yael regularly provides ongoing counsel to leading Israeli entities, and accumulated extensive experience in composing comprehensive legal opinions in a variety of fields, including contract law, tenders and infrastructure.
Yael authored the book “Shareholder’s Conflict – Shareholder Oppression In Private And Public Companies” (Bursi, 2017), often mentioned in rulings by the Supreme Court and various Economic Departments in relation to shareholder obligations and rights.
