Adv. Vered Eitani specializes in advising developers and apartment owners in large scale urban renewal projects, TAMA 38 and ‘Pinuy Binuy’ transactions. She advises clients from the initial planning and purchase stages of the project, through the development and marketing an to the final registration stage.
In addition, Vered specializes in land registration, including parcellation registration, condominium registration, and registration of rights with the Real Estate Registration Bureau and the Israel Land Administration. In this capacity, she handles the registration of large plots of land for real estate contractors, developers and municipalities in Israel.
Vered also advises contractors in real estate projects regarding sale agreements, drafting the agreements and representing clients before the attorneys of the acquiring side, mortgage banks, the Real Estate Registration Bureau, the Real Estate Taxation Bureau, and the Israel Land Administration. She advises clients from initial development to final registration of the plot.
Vered is a licensed notary since 2009, and as of 2019 is certified to draft Continuing Power of Attorney, Preliminary Instructions for the Appointment of a Guardian and Declaration of Will documents under the Legal Competency and Guardianship Law, 5722-1962.
