Adv. Tamar Luz specializes in corporate and securities law, and advises public and private companies on capital and debt raising, in both public and private offerings, finance transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, transfer of control transactions, acquisition offers, restructuring and reorganization transactions, and controlling shareholder transactions.
In addition, Tamar serves as the Head of Goldfarb Gross Seligman’s Professional Forum, and regularly advises public and private companies which operate in a wide array of fields, in Israel and abroad, on commercial and regulatory issues, including corporate governance matters, contract law, corporate and securities law, and internal enforcement programs.
Between 2019-2024, Tamar served as GC, EVP of Israel Aerospace Industries Ltd., gaining extensive experience in the field of governmental companies and in the defense sector.
