Adv. Shmuel Fleger leads real estate transactions in complex residential, office, hotel and commercial projects, and provides ongoing counsel to purchasing groups and entrepreneurs in the various stages of the establishment of real estate ventures. He advises his clients throughout all stages of the project, from locating and acquiring suitable property; through obtaining bank financing; drafting agreements with contractors, planners and consultants; to handling the marketing and sale of the various units.
Shmuel advises the firm’s clients in a variety of areas in the real estate world, including land taxation, planning and construction, betterment levies, proceedings vis-a-vis the Israel Land Administration, and representation before the planning committees, appeal committees, and the various courts.
Concurrently, Shmuel is experienced in litigation and resolution of commercial disputes in a variety of fields, including commercial contracts, banking and project financing, contracting and construction, liquidations and receiverships, corporate control disputes, dissolution of land partnerships and more.
Shmuel represents private and public construction companies, and provides ongoing counsel on corporate sale and acquisition transactions, principally within the real estate field, as well as large scale urban renewal projects.
