Adv. Shir Shalev represents private Israeli and international hi-tech companies in various fields and provides ongoing counsel to companies at all stages on a variety of issues related to corporate law and commercial law. She also accompanies the companies in commercial transactions (including service agreements of various types, mergers and acquisitions and investment transactions).
In addition, Shir represents venture capital funds and private entrepreneurs in a variety of commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing investments and venture capital investments.
