Adv. Shani Galant-Frankfurt’s practice focuses on Payments and Digital Financial Services, crypto and Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). She advises banks and other financial institutions on digital banking, financial products and payment methods, particularly the financial regulation and commercial aspects.
Shani is experienced in both traditional and innovative payment solutions. Among others, she advises clients in card processing agreements, pay-apps, digital wallets, domestic and international payment schemes, card loyalty programs and cryptocurrency.
Shani is a member of the Israel Bar Association’s Cryptocurrency Committee, as well as a member of the End-User Forum of the Bank of Israel’s Digital Shekel Project.
Prior to joining our firm, Shani served as an attorney in a large and leading law firm and specialized in competition (antitrust), financial regulation and litigation.
