Adv. Roy Reiss advises publicly traded companies, banks, investment houses and insurance companies in the areas of corporate governance, capital markets and financial regulation, including companies law, securities law, public and private offering, banking, investment advice and portfolio management, insurance and long term saving regulation, commercial law, as well as a diverse range of legal and business related issues. Roy also practices in the array of financing and M&A transactions.
Prior to joining our firm, Roy served for more than 5 years with the Military Advocate General of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces). During this time, he held several legal positions, among them legal assistant to the Military Advocate General, legal advisor in the Advisory and Legislation Department and legal advisor for the Homefront Command.
