Adv. Ronen Hausirer’s practice focuses on complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional commercial transactions involving intellectual property assets and cutting-edge technologies, including representing clients in connection with establishing technology ventures and companies, joint ventures, strategic alliances, collaborations, technology licensing and distribution, intellectual property commercialization and intellectual property strategy management, as well as acquisition, divestiture and structuring of intellectual property and technology assets.
Ronen leads an intellectual property-focused team in cross-border transactions in various fields of technology including medical devices, communications technology, semiconductors, computer hardware and software, cyber security, automotive and dual- purpose technologies.
Ronen’s extensive experience in a wide range of international transactions in various fields of technology and intellectual property, including a wide variety of licensing transactions and commercialization of intellectual property, gives him a unique perspective on technology company growth and development through intellectual property strategy.
In addition to providing legal services to his clients, Ronen has taken active rolls in establishing, managing and running innovation accelerators, centers and programs, including the Legal Clinic for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Sapir Academic College, and has served as mentor and regular speaker in many other programs. He is often invited to speak on intellectual property and start up development strategies at various academic and business forums as well.
Prior to joining our firm, Ronen was a partner in a large Israeli firm where he co-headed the technology transactions and licensing practice, and also worked as an associate in firms specializing in intellectual property litigation both in Israel and in the US.
