Adv. Oz Sasi specializes in managing complex litigation proceedings in diverse areas, including representing defendants in class actions; representing directors and company officials; shareholder disputes; managing commercial disputes; and managing various administrative proceedings.
Oz possesses unique expertise in managing complex class actions in various fields, especially class actions with a dominant economic-financial aspect. In addition, he provides ongoing counsel to clients, including some of the largest companies in Israel and senior officials, in derivative actions to which they are a party.
Throughout his work, Oz accumulated extensive experience in providing ongoing counsel to companies, directors and company officials in insolvency proceedings, and he possesses unique expertise relating to debenture settlements. He provided legal counsel regarding some of the largest debenture settlements made by public companies in Israel in recent years.
Oz provides ongoing counsel and representation to his clients before all courts and tribunals, including arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Among his clients are Israeli and international corporations, directors, company officials, public authorities and individuals.
Alongside his professional work, Oz lectures and leads litigation workshops in academic institutions, and served as a TA in several courses including, inter alia, Commercial Law, Securities Law, Torts, Contracts Law, etc.
