Adv. Oren Reif specializes in energy and infrastructure as well as international commercial transactions, joint ventures, M&As, investment transactions and structured finance.
Oren possesses significant experience in the energy and infrastructure fields, and represents key entities which operate in these sectors in Israel. He provides ongoing counsel to a variety of projects for the establishment and operation of power generation facilities (traditional power plants, co-generation facilities, solar facilities, energy storage facilities and biogas-based facilities), as well as agreements for the purchase, transfer and distribution of natural gas.
In addition, Oren advises complex, large-scale projects in various infrastructure fields, such as desalination plants, light rail, roads, mineral mining and conveyance, waste sorting and seaports.
Alongside the above, Oren is experienced in providing ongoing legal counsel to government entities and tender committees on the drafting of tenders and the tender process, as well as providing ongoing legal counsel to private entities competing in major tenders in the Israeli market.
In addition, Oren is engaged in establishing, advising, and providing ongoing legal counsel to high value joint ventures, in Israel and abroad, in the real estate, industrial and communications sectors. He also regularly advises his clients on all corporate aspects related to managing their businesses.
Oren accumulated unique expertise in mediating relations between founders and partners, and managing complex international corporate and commercial transactions.
