Adv. Noam Shaham specializes in commercial and corporate law, as well as civil and administrative litigation.
Noam provides legal counsel to companies and commercial entities. In this capacity, he serves as legal counsel to one of the leading corporations in Israel in the field of asset management, including advising the Board of Directors and management, handling transactions, negotiations with developers, establishing companies and partnerships and representation in commercial disputes.
Noam also provides legal services to several local municipal companies on all aspects of their activity, including ongoing counsel to company management and committees, handling tenders, advising on significant infrastructure and public projects, representation in large-scale development agreements and representation in various legal proceedings.
In addition, Noam has many years of experience in civil and administrative litigation, managing civil and commercial disputes and arbitrations, as well as contentious tender, planning and construction issues, including value reduction lawsuits and expropriation proceedings. He also specializes in commercial law, advising corporations and partnerships from initial establishment stages (founder agreements, investment agreements etc.).
