Adv. Noam Shaham specializes in commercial and corporate law, as well as civil and administrative litigation.
In the scope of his work, Noam provides legal counsel to corporations and commercial entities, including serving as legal counsel to one of the leading corporations in Israel in the field of asset management. He also provides legal services to several local authorities in significant projects, including with regard to infrastructure projects and tenders, and in the execution of various public projects and development agreements in infrastructure-intensive projects.
In this context, Noam represented public bodies and local authorities in various projects, including (among others) the development of Kfar Ganim Gimel in Petah-Tikva, the “Ramat Amir” neighborhood, Kadima Zoran, the meditech project and design museum in Holon, the “Moshava” stadium in Petah-Tikva and more
In addition, Noam has many years of experience in providing legal representation before all court instances, both in civil litigation as well as in matters of planning and construction, including proceedings before planning institutions, legal guidance in value reduction lawsuits, and in expropriation proceedings, as well as tender law.
