Adv. Moti Balilti’s taxation practice is vast, both domestically and internationally, and includes tax structuring, transfer pricing, international taxation, immigration planning, corporate taxation, real estate taxation, benefits under the Encouragement of Capital Investment Law, tax benefits in accordance with tax treaties, aspects of VAT and more.
In addition, Moti specializes in providing consultation and planning services to high-net worth individuals, including with respect to hybrid entities, transparent entities, insurance wrappers, immigration planning, trusts and cross-border issues.
Moti provides his clients with detailed and comprehensive opinions on Israeli tax laws, advises them on optimal tax planning, and obtains pre-rulings and certificates from the Israeli tax authorities in various tax matters.
Moti has experience representing clients in tax disputes before the Israel Tax Authority and District and Supreme Courts in Israel.
Moti served as academic assistant in several taxation courses taught in prominent universities and colleges in Israel.
Moti is a member of the Tax Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
