Moshe has extensive experience in various domestic and cross-border M&A and investment transactions, representing both Israeli and international clients and has advised over the years on many complex and high-profile transactions in the Israeli market.
Moshe advises Israeli large-scale corporations on a wide variety of corporate and securities matters (including, corporate governance, D&O fiduciary duties, independent committees on going-private transactions, shareholders agreements, tender offers, purchase agreements, corporate reorganization, dividends and capital reduction, ESOPs and executive compensation) as well on matters relating to business partnerships and joint venture transactions.
Moshe also provides legal advice to international clients in connection with corporate matters, M&A / “going private” alternatives and securities law issues.
Moshe previously worked as a corporate foreign associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures and private equity investments.
