Among others, she represents the firm’s clients in mergers and acquisitions, establishing corporations, corporate governance and compliance, as well as cooperation agreements, licensing and distribution agreements, technology agreements, procurement and manufacture agreements, strategic investments and tenders.
Moran advises on complex, multicultural local and international transactions and negotiations, providing creative solutions for the firm’s clients.
In the past, Moran served as general counsel to a public telecommunications and IT company, as well as general counsel to an international cyber and HLS projects company.
