Adv. Michal Ziloni-Hadad specializes in collective and private labor law, as well as administrative law.
Michal specializes in collective work relations, including advising and representing employers in negotiating the signing, renewal and cancelation of collective agreements, as well as managing crisis situations and collective work disputes, including injunctions related to strikes, privatization, ownership transfer and restructuring. She represents clients in collective negotiations and agreements, including before the Finance Ministry’s Department of Salary and Employment Agreements.
Michal advises private and corporate clients on a broad array of labor law matters, including employment agreements, legal opinions relating to work relations, employment termination, employment related rights, contracts with service providers, retroactive contractor claims for employee rights and more.
Michal is experienced in representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings before the Directorate General of Labor in relation to work disputes, representing before the Employment of Women Unit, obtaining special permits for employment or termination of employment related to the Hours of Work and Rest Law, and more.
Michal has long years of experience in representing clients in both collective and private labor litigation before district labor courts, the National Labor Court and the High Court of Justice, as well as class actions.
Michal lectures on labor law matters in the Israel Bar Association’s advanced study programs and other forums.
