Adv. Merav advises international investors in their investments in Israel and Israeli companies in projects and transactions in Israel and outside Israel, together with local lawyers in the various countries.
She advises on capital raising, M&A transactions and international transactions of various types and scopes, purchase and sale of technology, activity and assets and projects of various infrastructures.
Merav is experienced in various financing tools, including securitization, mezzanine financing, buyer credit and various bank credit.
In addition, Merav advises on agreements for the establishment of factories and infrastructures, as well as supply chains, including procurement and logistics, marketing and distribution agreements in different countries of the world.
