Adv. Maya Nusbaum Rapaport specializes in managing complex litigation proceedings in the fields of civil law, particularly commercial law.
Maya represents clients in complex business disputes, various commercial matters (including contracts), shareholder disputes, cancellation and enforcement of commercial agreements, consumer matters and a variety of class actions.
In addition, Maya provides ongoing counsel to clients active in the media sector, such as production companies and individuals, including in relation to libel claims, copyright and intellectual property.
Maya represents high net worth individuals in complex personal status and inheritance monetary disputes, as well as other sensitive monetary proceedings. She also advises companies and other entities embroiled in such proceedings as third parties.
Maya represents her clients before all courts and tribunals, including arbitration and mediation proceedings, and at times serves as a mediator. She also provides ongoing counsel and legal-strategic advice, and assists in the settlement of disputes before they reach the court.
Among Maya’s clients are local and international public and private companies, as well as senior businesspeople.
