Adv. Loni Bahar focuses on tech deals, cross-border M&A transactions, corporate governance matters and commercial law.
Loni represents buyers, sellers, special committees of independent directors and financial advisers in connection with mergers and acquisitions transactions of public and private companies, including private equity transactions and formation of joint ventures. Loni’s practice spans a wide range of industries, including energy companies, technology companies, industrial companies, multinational platforms, banks and other financial institutions.
Prior to joining our firm, Loni worked for more than four years as a corporate associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Sullivan & Cromwell in New York.
Previously Loni served in the Military Advocate General’s Unit as a legal counsel in the International Law Department and as a prosecutor in the Central Command.
