Adv. Limor Mesika Zilberstain specializes in providing ongoing legal counsel on complex real estate transactions in Israel and abroad. She handles a variety of such transactions, including real estate sale and acquisition, real estate projects (residential, income yielding and combined), purchase groups, combination agreements, urban renewal and lease agreements, advising on all stages of the transactions and projects.
In addition, Limor specializes in transactions related to the hotel industry in Israel and abroad. This includes acquisition and lease of hotels, projects for the construction of hotels, transactions and agreements related to the operation, management and franchise of hotels, as well as partnerships and co-operation agreements in the field. She also represents clients before the Israeli Ministry of Tourism, among others in relation to investment grants.
Limor previously served as legal counsel and company secretary of a public real estate company.
