In addition, Hod advises companies on corporate governance, complex reporting and approval aspects, controlling shareholder transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and more.
Hod has unique expertise in advising international corporations issuing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. He represents a significant share of the international corporations raising debt and capital on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, throughout all stages of the offering.
