Adv. Guy Libzon advises Israeli and international clients, ranging from technology-based companies in a variety of industries and different stages of the growth cycle, to top tier VCs, investment banks and leading global companies.
Guy’s professional experience includes venture capital funds’ formation and ongoing representation in investment rounds, cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, venture capital and finance transactions, commercial and technology transactions, as well as collaboration and joint venture agreements. Guy is highly involved in various aspects of the business of his clients, utilizing his multi-disciplinary experience and technological background.
Prior to becoming an attorney and joining the firm, Guy completed his studies of Economics and Computer science at University of Haifa, as part of the IDF Academic “Atuda” program, and thereafter served for seven years as an economist, budget manager and financial advisor at several Directorates and units of the IDF and the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
