Galit represents clients in complex litigation procedures in diverse legal fields, including class actions and derivative claims, before all courts and tribunals, as well as in shareholder disputes and administrative petitions.
In addition, Galit has unique expertise in representing a wide range of white collar cases, including in relation to securities, money laundering offenses and bribery and breach of trust offences. In this framework, she specializes in advising on investigations and managing the defense of her clients before all courts as well as before the Administrative Enforcement Committee by virtue of the Securities Law. Galit also gained knowledge and skill in representation in extradition and judicial inquiry cases.
