Throughout his career, Eytan accompanied many significant, varied and cross-border transactions and advised various companies on public offerings of their shares and securities both in Israel and USA. He led many transactions that required creativity and innovative thinking such as the first simultaneous offering of securities to the Israeli and US public, the allotment of shares of an Israeli company traded in the US stock exchange as part of a Class Action proceeding conducted against it in a US court, and the first public offering of a kibbutz-controlled company.
Eytan handled the first group of Israeli companies to implement dual registration on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and on either NASDAQ or the New York Stock Exchange. In addition, he advises on legislative processes in the fields of corporate law and capital markets, accompanies privatization of government bodies and leads securities registration of government companies for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Eytan is a member of the Board of Governors of the Faculty of Law in Tel Aviv University, and serves as Chairman of the Israel Bar Association’s Capital Markets Forum for Businesses.
