Biography

Adv. Eyal Price has decades of experience in the intellectual property field, and provides legal counsel to his clients on all aspects of the field.

Eyal represents clients in various disputes relating to patents, trademarks, copyright and designs, including before Israeli courts and in legal procedures before the Israeli Registrar of Patents, Designs and Trademarks.

In addition, Eyal provides legal – strategic counsel to clients in the intellectual property field. He also advises local and international agreements, trademark and design registration in Israel and trademark and design registration and protection abroad.

Eyal advises clients in a variety of fields, and accumulated unique expertise in the media, TV and music sectors, as well as in representing clients in artist agreements.

Over the years, Eyal took part in various intellectual property related committees and forums, including as a member of the Justice Ministry committee for amending the Israeli Registrar of Patents, Designs and Trademarks procedures. In addition, Eyal is a member of several professional associations in the intellectual property field, including INTA and the Israeli chapters of ALAI and AIPPI.

Eyal lectures on his fields of expertise before professional forums, attorneys and the public. As of 1994, he has been lecturing in the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design Jerusalem on copyrights and designs.

Eyal has been repeatedly ranked as one of Israel’s leading attorneys in the intellectual property field by local and international guides, including Chambers & Partners, The Legal 500, BDI and others.
