Adv. Esti Malka specializes in real estate, planning and construction. She advises on a variety of real estate transactions, including sale and purchase transactions, acquisition groups, residential and commercial projects, income yielding property and leasing agreements.
Esti advises the department’s clients from the initial purchase and finance stages, throughout the planning stage to the final development and registration stages.
