Eran regularly advises his clients on software licensing, intellectual property, privacy, antitrust, open source and day to day cross-border commercial transactions and operations including supplier and equipment purchase transactions.
Eran has been providing in-house legal services to corporations since 2010, inter alia, to some of the largest and most cutting-edge Israeli and global tech companies (both as part of the corporations’ in-house legal department and as part of the services provided to those corporations by the largest law firms in Israel).
Eran has an extensive experience in a wide array of matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, adoption and maintenance of equity incentive plans, and negotiating on various corporate commercial agreements.
