Biography

Adv. Doron Segal specializes in corporate law, capital markets, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, financing, financial services, executive compensation and investment counseling.
Doron possesses significant legal experience, and has a unique combination of analytical and legal analysis capability along with purposefulness, business understanding and negotiation capacity to achieve client goals. He is a highly efficient lawyer who drives processes forward and aims to achieve his clients’ goals, while mindful of both the small details and the larger picture.
Doron possesses extensive experience regarding large-scale, complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, various offerings and capital raisings, reorganizations, financing transactions (lenders and borrowers), various commercial transactions, going private transactions, acquisition offers and securitization transactions. In addition, he provides ongoing counsel to investment firms, banks and various financial institutions, both Israeli and foreign.
Doron is an expert in all matters relevant to public companies, including controlling shareholder transactions, corporate governance and Board of Directors obligations, dividends distribution and executive compensation, and he regularly advises the Boards of Directors and the senior management of some of Israel’s largest public companies.
