Adv. David Olshtein advises boards and managements of large Israeli public companies on various legal issues, including corporate law, securities law, regulation, corporate governance, offerings, financings, M&As and other commercial transactions.
David also provides clients with ongoing legal advice on dividend distributions and the Israeli Promotion of Competition and Reduction of Concentration Law.
Alongside his professional activity, David is a lecturer at the Israel Bar Association and the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants, where he instructs courses for directors and officers.
Prior to joining our firm, David worked at the Israel Securities Authority, and was an intern at the office of The Deputy Attorney General for Fiscal-Economic Matters.
