Adv. Daniel Hartov Tzaban focuses on commercial real estate transactions, contractors’ representation, projects, leasing, tenders, tax aspects of real estate transactions, purchase groups, building associations, sale and acquisition transactions, project finance and more.
Daniel has extensive experience in the field of real estate. She leads large transactions and projects in the department and handles all areas of real estate in her transactions and for her clients. In addition, significant clients in the department are handled by her.
Daniel has expertise in the representation, leading and management of complex real estate transactions, including accompanying large-scale residential, commercial and office projects. She accompanies her clients in all phases and aspects of the project, including the phase of land purchase, financing the purchase and construction, accompanying the dealings with the various authorities (the local authority, the planning authorities, real estate taxation authorities, the Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Israel Land Authority, etc.) and with buyers and tenants. Daniel also handles the registration of rights at the Land Registry Office and the Israel Land Authority, including the registration of parcels, condominiums and legal support of real estate companies.
