Adv. Daniel Gelbendorf possesses extensive experience and expertise in commercial law, M&A, banking and finance and intellectual property. Among others, Daniel specializes in representing local and multinational corporations active in various sectors and industries in a variety of fields, including M&A, hi-tech, banking and finance, joint ventures, strategic investments and a wide range of commercial agreements.
