Adv. Dana Doron is responsible for managing human resources in the firm, including designing screening processes, recruitment and integration of legal and administrative staff in our firm, and payroll policies and employment terms for all firm employees. She also manages processes of mentoring, training, development and evaluation of employees, and advises department managers with regard to individual well-being.
In addition, Dana is responsible for the firm’s operation, procurement, computing and office assets, as well as its community service and pro bono activities.
Dana served as an attorney in the medical malpractice and employment law field between 1996-2000. From 2000 on, she managed the M. Seligman & Co. law firm, which eventually became Goldfarb Gross Seligman following a series of mergers.
