Boaz provides legal counsel to his clients in various fields, including regulation, competition, technology and internet, privacy and data protection, sports and entertainment, as well as telecommunications and media.
Boaz provides specialized counseling in the advertising and entertainment field, and advises his clients on consumer protection laws, advertising campaigns and commercial activities, prohibition on gambling and lotteries, and marketing laws.
Boaz has vast experience in representing clients before various regulators and the Knesset, as well as in litigation procedures before administrative courts, in administrative petitions and freedom of information procedures.
Boaz also has a unique specialization in sports law, with a focus on football law. Boaz regularly advises football clubs, football players and football agents. He has vast experience in representing football clubs and players before the judiciary bodies of the Israel Football Association and FIFA. In addition, Boaz serves as Deputy Chairman of the Sports committee of the Israel Bar Association, as well as a member of the Regulations committee of the Israel Football Association.
Boaz previously worked as a sports and entertainment journalist, and accumulated experience in the media and written journalism fields.
