Adv. Bar Avital specializes in securities law and corporate law, and provides ongoing advice to corporations on various aspects of securities law, corporate law, and corporate governance.
Additionally, she accompanies companies in equity and debt fundraising, represents companies vis-à-vis the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and engages in M&A transactions of private and public companies, as well as providing guidance to independent committees.
