Avi advises clients from the planning and acquisition stages, through the development stages and construction and registration stages. He advises on financing procedures, and on real estate tax aspects, and represents clients before various government authorities.

In the past, Avi was a senior partner at Dankner Lusky & Co., a leading Israeli law firm in the real estate, commercial and corporate fields.
