Adv. Ashley Malnove focuses in corporate immigration law, having several years of experience in the corporate immigration field in Israel.
In this capacity, Ashley manages the entire process of obtaining employment-based visas and green cards, from collecting the necessary corporate documentation, drafting detailed letters from the sponsoring companies, and completing USCIS and Embassy forms, to submitting the final application and conducting preparatory meetings with visa applicants ahead of their visa interviews. In addition, she handles applications for employment authorization for accompanying spouses, as well as family-based green card applications.
Ashley previously practiced in the area of estate planning and estate administration in Florida.
