Ruling Update – Who’s the Owner of a “Building for Rent” for Tax Benefits Under the Encouragement of Capital Investments Law

The Jerusalem District Court accepted an administrative apeal filed by our firm against the Authority for Investments and Development of the Industry and Economy to annul a decision under which the owner of a “new building for rent” must be a person with rights to the land for a period exceeding 25 years.
