We wish to bring to your attention the Ministry of Environmental Protection’s decision from 17.3.20 regarding a request by the Manufacturers Association to automatically extend existing permits, postpone required emission permit or PRTR reports, avoid proactive enforcement and freeze the advancement and implementation of new regulatory requirements, all in light of the coronavirus crisis.
