Precedent: Sexual Harassment Prohibition Also in Relationships of Influence

Last week, the National Labour Court published a precedent ruling, in which it established a tightening of the sexual harassment prohibition not only in a relationship of authority, but also in relationships of influence and strict adherence to the essential responsibility of the employer. This precedent ruling requires employers to take action, including updating the regulations to prevent sexual harassment.
