In this capacity, the firm’s attorneys negotiate ‘Pinui-Binui’ agreements with tenants and apartment owners, and represent clients in legal proceedings against ‘land invaders’ and tenants claiming protected residency and various rights to the land, appellate procedures and claims against tenants, claims against tenants who refuse to sign agreements and plans, and more.
