Environmental Law - Financial Institutions
The firm’s Environmental Law and Sustainability Department consults banks and financial institutions on environmental law aspects, including regarding the management of environmental hazards, direct and indirect, and regarding credit-related aspects.
The department’s attorneys advise various banks and financial institutions which operate in Israel, regarding the forming of methodology and the implementation of procedures for the examination of environmental risks as an integral part of credit risk management, among others, in order to reduce their exposure to legal claims relating to environmental hazards and as part of the growing global recognition of the environmental corporate responsibility of financial institutions.
