Congratulations to our client – the Phoenix Group, on the purchase of 100% of the shares of Halman Aldubi Investment House for NIS 275 million.
The transaction was made through a reverse triangle merger, in which Halman Aldubi Investment House was transformed from a public company into a private company wholly owned by Phoenix.
