We are proud to announce a unique project of the Petah Tikva Development Company and The Municipality of Petah Tikva, in which two complexes will be built in the city. The first will be a new and modern transportation complex including commercial offices and a bus terminal with a connection to the light rail’s red line, valued at approx. half a billion NIS.
A tender was published earlier this week for an additional complex that will serve as an overnight parking lot for buses, valued at approx. NIS 80 million.
Partner Eitan Rotschild and Adv. Sigal Ritkop from the administrative law, tenders and local government department, accompany the project in all its aspects, including the planning, managing the construction and construction tenders, representing the company and the municipality in the agreement with the Ministry of Transportation, a financing agreement with a financial institution and handling the process of obtaining statutory approvals for the project.
