We were pleased to guide the Oron Real Estate Group in the signing of a financing agreement. According to the agreement the group will be offered financing in the amount of half a billion NIS for a real estate project that consists of evacuating and demolishing three buildings that include 36 apartments, and the construction of 2 towers in its place that together include 274 apartments, a floor Commerce and public areas, located in the Givat Olga neighborhood of Hadera.
The successful transaction was accompanied by Partner Eitan Rotschild, of the Administrative Law, Tenders & Municipal Government Department and Atty. Rotem Ben Davidi of the Real Estate Department at our firm.
