Waiting for the metro… in the world of real estate and planning during the metro “waiting” period, the implementation stage is still pending.
It is clear to everyone that it will be many years before there is a metro here.
There are quite a few difficulties in the real estate planning and development process.
We were happy to take part in and host the conference held yesterday in collaboration with ACC regarding the metro project from both a statutory and regulatory perspective, where we discussed solutions, opportunities, and the laws affecting the Knesset.
