Adv. Zohar specializes in the representation of clients in various litigation proceedings, including alternative dispute resolution forums, relating to contract law and corporate law. Adv. Zohar also represents clients in insolvency proceedings and advises on Israeli law, as part of legal proceedings held abroad.
Adv. Zohar possesses extensive expertise relating to the representation of physicians in significant proceedings, in proceedings involving tort claims, and in ‘white collar’ proceedings; and has advised commercial companies regarding copyright issues.
Adv. Zohar serves as a certified mediator on behalf of the continuing education program of the Israeli Bar Association.
From 1998 to 1999, Adv. Zohar served as the legal advisor of the Israel Economic Mission to North America, where he handled the interpretation of international trade agreements and assisted Israeli companies to develop their activities in the U.S. From 2000 to 2001, Adv. Zohar was an associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, New York.
