Adv. Menachem is a partner in the Industry and Regulation Department, and specializes in litigation and dispute resolution.
Adv. Menachem possesses expertise in contract law, tender law, administrative law and telecommunications.
Adv. Menachem represents clients in complex litigation cases before all courts and tribunals, including alternative dispute resolution proceedings (arbitration and mediation).
Among Adv. Menachem’s clients are large local companies, government companies, public authorities and private clients.
Alongside his professional activities, Adv. Menachem is a lecturer in the Law Faculty of the College of Management Academic Studies.
